Products include control valves with ceramic trim, ceramic-lined choke tubes and blast tubes for slurry letdown and level control, ceramic-lined vent blast spools, flash vessel impingement blocks, ceramic-lined oxygen injection nozzles, ceramic-lined pipe, and ceramic chokes for slurry pipelines.

Caldera engineered valves and associated products offer numerous technological advantages, including finite element analysis of ceramic components, chokes sized with Caldera's advanced models, and modular designs that reduce inventory requirements and allow on-site replacement of key ceramic components. Caldera has helped customers to extend the life of their equipment, often from a few weeks to many months, saving money and decreasing downtime.
